Barefoot in Bradford

Visiting my ill Grandfather in Bradford it brings into perspective the importance of looking after our physical being, the greatest gift nature has given us.

If you live in the Leeds/Bradford area and would like to get a FREE 1hr introduction to natural movement please join me tomorrow, Sat. 7th Aug. 9am at the entrance to Lister Park where North Park Road meets Victor Road.  Open to beginners through to experienced runners.  We’ll cover the basic movement and required exercises for beginner/intermediate runners.   For the more experienced runners we will finish with a few laps around the park barefoot or however you would like to join .  Please arrive by 8:50 for a 9am prompt start.  This is a one off event.

Wealth is health.  Happy Running, Naeem

Thanks to the friendly Lister Park runners of Bradford for an energising session!  Checking some of the pictures it’s clear that postural deviations and deeply engrained heel striking patterns are not easy to eliminate when running in shoes designed for heel striking.  Look forward to meeting you again next time I’m in Bradford to help progress your minimalist journey of natural movement.
